Mandrikov Viktor Borisovich (Russia) graduated from the Volgograd State Institute of Physical Culture in 1969 with a degree in "Physical Culture and Sport" and is a coach in athletics. He has the first sports category. Since 1969, he has been a lecturer in the Department of Physical Education of VolgSMU, and since 1983, he has been the Head of the Department of Physical Education of VolSMU. In 1983, he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Biological Sciences, and in 1985, he was awarded the academic title of "Associate Professor". From 1993 to 1998, I was the dean of the Faculty of Medicine. In 1994, he was awarded the academic title "Professor", and in 1997, he was awarded the title "Honored Worker of Physical Culture of the Russian Federation". Since 1998 and to the present time, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at VolSMU. I am an academician of the International Academy of Sciences of Pedagogical Education. He was awarded the honorary diplomas of the Regional Committee of the Komsomol, the Regional Committee of the CPSU, the Regional Executive Committee, and the sign of the Central Committee of the Komsomol "For active work in student detachments".
